Integrated Management System
At TSK we understand that health and safety is a fundamental and priority issue due to the nature of the activity we carry out and therefore we work to maximise health and safety throughout the life cycle of our projects
Since 2007, TSK has had an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, which is currently certified under the ISO 45001:2018 Standard, which considers all phases of the project life cycle, from design to construction and start-up.
Our goal is always “zero accidents” and the guidelines for action are transmitted from the highest levels of the organization. This objective is applicable to all the people involved in our projects (employees and subcontractors), collaborators, suppliers and visitors to our facilities and projects.
So that safety is fully implemented in all our projects, at TSK we work to standardise health and safety procedures with the aim of increasing efficiency in the dissemination and assimilation of corporate policies.
HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
Our commitment to health and well-being is a priority and one of the basic pillars of our value proposition to the employee. We establish programmes that are aimed at three areas of action: physical activity, emotional well-being and healthy habits and diet.
