The purpose of this project, approved by the CDTI within the CIEN Strategic Programme call, is research into technologies for carrying out inspection and maintenance in extreme environments in an unassisted manner. This project aims to boost the competitiveness of companies through the promotion of business innovation in the field of industrial engineering of extreme, complex and offshore installations, both in their design, manufacture and implementation, as well as in their operation and maintenance. In addition, the costs associated with extreme operating interventions will be reduced and a contribution will be made to strengthening the capacities of the business community that supports the industrial sector.
