Considering the adequate maintenance of industrial facilities as a key factor for the optimization of the infrastructure, as well as to extend their useful life, it is necessary to implement specific solutions for this purpose, called CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management). These will help providing a vision of the current state of all the assets of a facility as well as the management of their maintenance. Within these systems, the specific workflows of each plant are parameterized through the different user profiles and departments. It is completed with functions to manage work permits, adapting work orders and incorporating multiple reports customized to this process. In order to connect with the ERP, there are libraries available for their integration with the items and purchasing modules. This allows to adapt the application to the organization’s purchasing workflow.
