Analysis of the status of the panels using thermal imaging

PV plants are formed by systems of PV modules, usually called solar panels. These panels may experience faults, causing heat dissipation. Thermal image cameras can spot these situations. Thermal image analysis is the de facto standard when inspecting panels, and it is hard, monotonous work usually assigned to operators. The use of drones in this type of projects is a must, as it allows to monitor and characterize the plant in a faster and much more effective manner.
