FUNCTIONS:

  • One of the following qualifications: engineering degree, master’s degree, higher industrial engineering or equivalent experience recognised by the company.
  • Specific knowledge of the industrial sector.
  • Minimum professional experience of 5 years in the industrial sector.
  • Essential level of professional English.
  • Willingness to travel.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the feasibility of the requirements of the assigned projects, collaborating in the definition and definition of the project’s objectives, as well as guaranteeing compliance with the standards required by the organisation.
  • Provide technical support to the business unit, as well as motivate, evaluate and control the project teams.
  • Collaborate and participate in the estimation of time and resources necessary for the development of the projects, delegating responsibilities according to the profile of each member of the team and their functional and technical skills.
  • Propose, where appropriate, modifications to projects when circumstances make it advisable to do so.
  • Propose methods, techniques and tools to be used by the project teams, ensuring that the personnel involved know them, apply them and keep them up to date, detecting continuous training needs.
  • Contribute to the training of project team members.
  • Contribute and collaborate with the Project Management in the maintenance of the external relations of the project, both with clients, relevant suppliers, subcontractors and other departments of the organisation in order to generate more business.
  • Adopt the appropriate corrective measures to correct any deviations detected during the execution of the projects, as well as the preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of such deviations.
