Planning Coordinator (EPC Combined Cycle EPC Project)

TSK is looking for a Planning Coordinator for a Combined Cycle EPC Project.

FUNCTIONS:

• Define and determine the current and future Planning problems within the Project of the phase assigned to him/her (Engineering, construction).
• Plan in Primavera (software used for planning) the desired future situation, establishing objectives and functions to achieve it.
• Carry out intermediate and weekly planning of the IPC Project of the phase assigned to him/her.
• Follow-up and physical progress of the project in execution of the phase assigned to him/her.
• Analyse the restrictions (bottlenecks), drawing up work plans together with the different areas involved in the execution to ensure that the times of these are maintained as projected.
• Prepare weekly reports to be delivered.
• Design and manage management indicators to monitor and control projects in real time.
• Report on the attention points and actions required for the phase assigned to him/her.
• Prepare Physical Progress and Monitoring presentations on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably engineering background.
• Experience as a planner in Power Generation Projects or Industrial Plants.
• Advanced English level
