Commissioning Manager
We are looking for a Commissioning Manager for the execution of international EPC Projects for Energy and Industrial Plants.
Functions:
- Report to management on the commissioning activity, complying with project times, detecting deviations and responding to them.
- Review or prepare the planning of the commissioning work, defining the sequence of commissioning and testing of the different systems and equipment, as well as resource planning.
- Follow up and control the PEM budget for the project (MOD, local purchases, etc.).
- Propose to the construction team the priorities for completion and delivery to commissioning of the different systems or TOPs, setting a date for the necessary delivery of the same and approve and comply (or enforce compliance) with the procedure for the transfer of systems from construction to commissioning.
- Define the list of the different TOPs of the project and determine or review the scope included in each of them.
- Approve, comply with (and enforce) the safety procedure (permits to work, lockout and tagout at commissioning – LOTO).
- Organising and coordinating the day-to-day running of the different commissioning activities, as well as monitoring the deliveries (or delays in dates) of the TOPs in order to comply with the planning, managing the different PEM Supervisors, holding monitoring meetings (daily, weekly).
- Manage the work of the different commissioning subcontractors (supervised and managed by the supervisors), checking and validating the certifications and/or invoices of the different PEM subcontractors, prior to invoicing.
Requirements:
- Industrial Engineering background
- Experience as Commissioning Manager in Energy EPC Projects and/or Industrial Plants.
- Advanced level of English
