The prestigious magazine Forbes has included TSK in its ranking, published for the first time, of the 50 best companies in Spain to work for. The initiative, which already exists in other countries, brings together more than 8,000 surveys prepared by the company Sigma Dos. More than 900 companies were formally invited by the publication to participate, needing only to fulfill two criteria: to have a presence in Spain and to have around 1,000 employees.

Among the most frequent topics in this ranking of excellence are questions about the philosophy of the company, the work environment, the Human Resources policy, professional development opportunities, salary or conciliation policy.

To be part of a classification with these characteristics is an added value for companies. Only those which are demanding in Human Resources have managed to gain a foothold in this ranking that has quantified 34 different aspects of the work environment. Thus, the participating companies have made a clear exercise of transparency and courage, leaving the evaluation of their labor policies in the hands of their employees.
