SISMETER is a tool specifically designed for the digitalization, supervision and monitoring of analogical sensors of diverse nature existing in any industrial installation. For this, SISMETER uses the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and computer vision technologies.A little more specifically, SISMETER is based on three fundamental aspects
Technological architectura
A unified and modular technological architecture based on IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) technologies that allow the necessary acquisition to carry out the image processing. It is worth mentioning that the data acquisition is carried out remotely, so:
a) there is no interference with the industrial process concerned; and
b) no modification is required.
Smart algorithms
A set of smart data analysis and computer vision algorithms that allows for the digitisation of analogue sensors of different shapes, appearance, size and nature in a robust manner, with the aim of obtaining their value in a fully automatic manner.
Protocols
Un conjunto de protocolos (tipo plug&play) para la integración de información (valores, alertas, alarmas, entre otros) en sistemas externos (SCADAs de planta, GMAO, ERP, etc.) generando un único punto de acceso a toda la información de la instalación.
