This new award is additional to the three plants executed for AES in the Dominican Republic, totaling 430 MW, strengthening the relationship with the American utility, which has a strong presence in the Caribbean region.

The new projects, Peravia Solar I and II, will be located in the municipality of Bani, Peravia Province, and will be interconnected to the National Interconnected Electric System (SENI) through the 138 KV Calabaza substation operated by ETED.
