Logistics Technician

TSK is looking for a Logistics Technician to join its Energy Construction and Industrial Plants division.

The work centre is based in Madrid, with international travel.

Functions:

• Planning and monitoring of purchasing operations, procurement, production, customs and transport of goods to their destination point.
• Programming and monitoring of shipment logistics (freight, insurance, customs duties, customs expenses, etc).
• Supervision and follow-up of the legal documentation of each shipment (Certificates, invoices, tariff classifications, letters of release, etc.).
• Preparation of reports on the activities carried out.
• Permanent negotiation of logistics costs with different service providers in the market, in order to minimise the associated costs for an agreed level of service.
• Monitoring and control of incidents in the logistics service and execution of corrective actions where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Preferably Engineering background.
• Languages: Advanced level English (Test will be given).
• Experience in land, sea and air transport logistics.
